Terms and Conditions

By registering for and participating in charter bus trips organized by Badger Volleyball Fan Bus (“Fan Bus”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“your”, “rider(s)”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

Badger Volleyball Fan Bus, badgervbfanbus.com, and Fan Bus activities and trips are not in any way affiliated with the State of Wisconsin, the University of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Athletics, or the University of Wisconsin Volleyball Team.

Participating in Fan Bus trips is done at your own risk. Corey Singletary, Andrea Singletary, and Badger Coaches are not liable for any damages suffered by riders due to riding the bus or attending an away match. The Fan Bus is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, technical or mechanical difficulties, acts of terror, social unrest, natural disasters, or other situations outside of our control.

Initial registration fees are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled due to insufficient interest. Initial registration reserves your seat(s) on the bus and your ticket(s) to the match. By registering, you agree to pay the full amount of the final per-person bus cost prior to the deadline specified for the trip. Failure to pay the the final per-person bus cost by the specified deadline will result in the loss of your reserved seat(s) and ticket(s). Final amount is non-refundable. Reserved or fully paid-for seats may be transferred at the discretion of the Fan Bus.

The advertised departure times are firm. Riders are responsible for being at the pick-up sites by the advertised departure time. The Fan Bus and Badger Coaches are not responsible for you missing the bus because you were late.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed on the Fan Bus.

Riders are financially responsible for all damage to the bus, other passengers, or property, caused by them or the minors under their care.

Riders aged 21 and over may bring alcohol for consumption on the Fan Bus. By bringing or consuming alcohol on the Fan Bus, you agree that we can check your ID to verify that you are of legal drinking age.

The Fan Bus is a family-friendly environment. The following are not allowed on the Fan Bus.

• Smoking
• Illegal drugs
• Serving alcohol to underage persons
• Possession/consumption of alcohol by underage persons
• Dangerous, unruly, or disruptive behavior

Engaging in any of the above activities will result in your being banned from future trips.

The bus driver reserves the right to refuse to transport riders who are intoxicated and unable to or refuse to follow lawful regulations or instructions. In that scenario, the ejected rider is responsible for their own transportation home to Madison and will be banned from future trips.
