I love it when a plan comes together!

The Badger Volleyball players are hard at work in the gym, and we’re hard at work making plans. The survey results are in. Thank you to all who responded! In the coming weeks we’ll post links to register for the following trips:

Northwestern – Evanston, IL – Wednesday, October 1, 2014, 7:00 PM

• Bus price range: $30-60
• Minimum needed: 19
• Estimated departure: 3-3:30 PM
• Estimated return: 12-12:30 AM

Illinois – Champaign, IL – Saturday, October 4, 2014, 7:00 PM

• Bus price range: $40-60
• Minimum needed: 31
• Estimated departure: 2 PM
• Estimated return: 2 AM

Iowa – Iowa City, IA – Saturday, November 15, 2014, 7:00 PM

• Bus price range: $30-60
• Minimum needed: 21
• Estimated departure: 3-3:30 PM
• Estimated return: 12-12:30 AM

The ultimate per-person cost of each trip will vary based on how many people sign up. A full bus will give us the lowest per-person cost. Because we’re still waiting on single match ticket prices and group rate info for some teams, the prices listed above don’t include the cost of a ticket. We’ve updated the price ranges based on ticket info got and minimum numbers needed to lower the cost to at least $60.

To reserve your spot, you’ll pay the trip’s “full bus” cost which includes the cost of a ticket. Two-three weeks prior to the match, we’ll make a final go/no-go decision based on how full the bus is. If enough people have signed up, we’ll send out a link for everyone to pay the remaining amount, if any, and sign up for a boxed dinner. Otherwise, we’ll refund everyone’s money.
